200 HOUR INTUITIVE Practitioner CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Recognized by the California State Department of Education
This is a 200-hour program
Introduction to Divine Intuition: (10 hours)
It is the prerequisite course to all other courses included in the Intuitive Coach certificate program and the Holistic Energy Healer certificate program. This course includes instruction on meditation, Tibetan Mind exercises, experiencing the Tao, centering, expansion and contracting of your aura, removing mental blocks, opening of the third eye, and walking meditation. The student learns how to train brain wave patterns and become more receptive and aware of the subtle energies. You will also learn how to download protection rays and other protective techniques.
Introduction to Auras and Chakras: (24 hours)
Learn how to remove the blocks that keep you from seeing or sensing auras. This course teaches anatomy of auras, colors, symbols, shapes and chakras.
Sensory Awareness (24 hours)
- Clairvoyance is the art of learning how to see intuitively with the third eye. This class will teach the basic techniques to open up the third eye.
- Clairaudience is the art of hearing messages, words, sounds, and music through the sixth sense hearing channels.
- Clairsentience or Empathy is the art of sensing or feeling another person???s feelings.
Precognition/Retro cognition: (12 hours)
Learn the art of sensing possible future outcomes and tapping into the past. The past, present, and future are all happening at the same time. We will compare and contrast precognition vs. premonition vs. prophecy. We will practice how to time travel with our minds!
Mediumship I: (12 hours)
Learn about death and dying, how to contact relatives from the other side, what to expect, and how to work with families of lost loved ones. We will discuss the following questions: What does the other side look like? Can we contact everyone?
Remote Viewing: (12 hours)
Explore how to read another person or place anywhere on the planet. Practice specific deepening meditative techniques that will enable us to view another person, place, or thing in another location.
Medical Intuition I: (12 hours)
Learn various scanning techniques, which will allow you to perform internal viewing techniques. Open up the energy centers in upper chakra system with specific breathing techniques. Study how to sense, see, and hear imbalances in the energy patterns of the aura and the physical body.
Symbology: (12 hours)
Learn the meanings of symbols of ancient Egypt, Rome, Greece, India, and all around the world. Discuss Carl Jung's theories. Combine book knowledge of the symbols with your intuitive skills.
Learn How to Read the Tarot I & II: (50 hours)
Major Arcana, Minor Arcana, and various spreads will be taught using the Rider-Waite deck. This course explores the history of the cards and the meaning of the symbols. Each card represents all cultures of the world and teaches in symbolic form how to reach enlightenment.

Auras II: (24 hours)
Learn deepening meditative skills allowing you to see and sense more information in the auric field. Study the shapes, symbols, soul diseases, and sounds that may appear in auras. Also, studying physical and spirit anatomy in greater detail.
Face Reading: (14 hours)
Learn how to read the lines, eyes, eyebrows, jaw lines, cheekbones and all aspects of the face. Study the different structures in relationship to different personality types.
Angels 111A: (12 hours)
Angels bring messages to others, but they also work to assist, and guide. Not wanting to interfere with our lives, angels allow us to make choices, but often will bring wise counsel. Angels observe, speak, even rescue at times. They are loving spirits in the unseen realm. Sometimes angels can be seen; other times they can be heard as thoughts within us. Occasionally, angels can felt. In this class we will study the different Angelic realms and angels and their purposes. We will also study angels throughout history. We will learn to access our angels and learn to be more receptive to the Celestial plane, for ourselves and others.
Death and Dying: (12 hours)After your death, when most of you for the first time realize what life here is all about, you will begin to see that your life here is almost nothing but the sum total of every choice you have made during every moment of your life. Your thoughts, which you are responsible for, are as real as your deeds. You will begin to realize that every word and every deed affects your life and has also touched thousand of others. This class is of great importance, especially as an Intuitive Practitioner. People will seek you out to make contact with family and people that have passed on. It is importance to understand the grieving steps and to understand all aspects of grieving and what it really means to leave the body and to pass into spirit.
Counseling Skills for Intuitive Practitioners: (12 hours)
Learn when to refer a client to a health care professional. You will learn basic listening skills and how to guide the client to find their own answers that work for them. This class will teach you how to guide clients towards the light, and how to access their truth. This class is an additional $125.00 paid separately to the Psychology instructors.
Business Management: (6 hours)
Learn how to set up your own business, what to charge, advertising, marketing, telephone etiquette, at-risk clients, how to set up an office, and ethics.
Clinical Practice: In this course you will present 20 different readings to your instructors with a different approach to each client. You will write a 3-5 page paper on each client and present to your instructor. If you live in the Coachella Valley you can practice your readings at Dance In The Light Spiritual Center in place in which you would need to complete 40 hours of readings in a student reading setting. All donations will go to the Loving Listeners of Light program at Dance In The Light Spiritual Center.
Bachelors in Spiritual Science. Samples classes for Year Two (200 hours additional): Past Life Regression, Future Life Progression, In between lives, Fairies, Dreams, Soul Disease, Introduction to Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, The Dark Side, Quantum Physics, and Electives. Also credit will be give to special courses you will to take that are in the community. You will graduate with a Bachelors in Spiritual Science. Program information coming soon.
PROGRAM FEES :
Classes range from $75.00 to $250.00 depending upon the number of hours of the class. The students will be allowed to take as long as they like to complete the program and will receive a certificate for each class they have completed. Also the student may finish as early as six months as long as the classes are offered during that time frame. Once the student has completed a total of 200 hours they will receive an Intuitive Practitioners Certificate which is recognized by the California State Department of Education.

The Counseling course is $175.00 and it is taught by state licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.
The books are an additional cost and they range from $25.00 to $300.00 per class depending if they are new or used books. Handouts are not additional and will be emailed to you, especially if the courses are online.
There may be arts and crafts expenses depending upon each class project and the teacher.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
Dance In The Light offers two scholarships per year for students who have a great desire in this subject material but do not have the funds. Dr. Debra Savitt offers two apprentice positions per year in which the apprentices will exchange class hours for working at the center. The students will answer the phones, file, assist with the library, cleaning, marketing, and computer input in exchange for classes and private tutoring. The students must write an three page essay on why they want to become an Intuitive Practitioner and in need of financial assistance. Then each applicant will met with Dr. Debra Savitt and Reverend Harry Sheetz for an interview.

This is an Internet school with some classes in person and online. This will allow for distance learning on the Internet as well as in-person classes.
Dancing In The Light administrative hours: Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5 pm. (PST) It is recommended to make an appointment first.

How to enroll: You may enroll in person at one of our orientation sessions, over the phone, or by personal appointment. Payments may be made with your Visa, MasterCard, or debit card. We also accept checks and cash. You will fill out an application as part of your enrollment. There is a $35.00 application fee.
Admissions and Graduation requirements:
Prerequisites are enthusiasm, commitment and interest in the program and the transformation process. There will be readings, tests, and grades and D.L.S.I. is happy to assist you in graduating. Please let us know about any help you may need. This is an Intuition and Spirituality program, both of which will be emphasized. Enrollment in D.L.S.I. constitutes a commitment or intention to complete the program. The completion time for the Intuitive Practitioner Program is 12 months or less if you take extra courses. The classes will have to total 200 hours. You can take up to five years to complete the 200 hour program.
You will graduate from our program with all academic and financial commitments fulfilled.
Attendance Policy:
Attendance is required in all classes whether online or in person. A student must complete 200 hours of the 200 hour Intuitive Practitioner Program. Therefore, if a student needs to miss a class, advanced notice is required. Registration for class represents a commitment to organize ones life to be present and on time to every class. The instructor will provide options for making up work missed. Tests, assignments and class work missed must be made up according to the instructor teaching the class in conjunction with Dr. Debra Savitt, Director of the program. The student can miss up to 5% of 200 hours which is 10 hours. The hours must be made up at another time. The student must make up all material as per Dr. Debra Savitt. The student may retake the class during the year when it is repeated, with another instructor as per the Directors approval, or a specific project or homework assignment may be completed.
The student must read all notes, chapters in textbooks and complete all homework for the class missed. A student may work on a special project to make up for the class if it covers all material in the class and is approved by Dr. Debra Savitt.
If a student misses a class within a module there will be no refund. The student will be responsible to make up the class.
Policy regarding student assignment schedules:
Lessons are to be completed and assignments are required to be turned in. The frequency is once per week, based upon completion of the previous lesson or assignment and passing of any related tests or projects. Homework is expected to be turned in on time. This is a fun school, not stressful; homework will be interesting; readings and projects will be joyful, intuitive, and creative. Dr. Debra Savitt is aware that most people are working and lead busy lives.
GRADING: To receive course credit the student is expected to attend 95% of classes, (online or in person) complete 100 % of all homework and reading assignments and obtain a passing grade. The grading for each class is based upon a pass/fail grade.
Cancellation and Buyers right to refund: If the student pays for the entire 200 hours with a discount and completes 60% of the program there will be no refund. If the student completes 20% of the course then you will receive 80% rebate of tuition paid. Refunds are based upon percent of classes completed. No refund is available if 60% of the courses are completed. Withdrawals and refunds must be in writing. You may drop off, certified mail, or email your withdrawal to Dancing Light School of Intuition, 74-478 Hwy. 111, Ste. 276, Palm Desert, CA 92260. (Mailing address).
Rules of Conduct & Dismissal Policies: A student may be dismissed for appearing in class in an intoxicated or drugged state, possession of non-prescription drugs, or alcohol upon school premises, behavior creating a safety hazard to other persons at school, or disrespectful behavior to another student, administrator or faculty member.
Student Complaint/Dispute Resolution procedure: The School Director is the designated person to receive the complaint. Dr. Debra Savitt will investigate the complaints thoroughly, interview all concerned and review all documents related to the complaint. After the complaint is delivered in writing the school will provide a response within 10 days of receiving the complaint, including a summary with reasons of accepting or rejecting the complaint.
